How much does installation cost?
It depends on the mounting position, access, cable route and any added network equipment. Your quote sets out the work and materials included.
Should I rent or buy my kit?
Check which your offer includes. Purchased kit is yours but still needs a subscription. With rental, follow your agreement’s return deadline and condition requirements, as charges can apply for non-return. See Starlink’s terms (select United Kingdom) and hardware return guidance before ordering.
Will realignment fix a slow connection?
It can help when the dish position is the problem, and we also check for obstructions and local connection issues. Starlink network capacity, your plan and other conditions can still affect performance.
Can you connect my existing network?
We check your Starlink model, router and existing network equipment, then quote for any compatible adapters, switches, access points or cabling needed.
