Home Survey
We will perform a survey of your home and discuss your requirements, so that we can provide the best coverage and ensure you have all the functionality you require.

Deployment Plan & Quote
We will agree on a deployment plan, so we can be sure that you’re happy with the location of the equipment. We will then quote for the equipment and agree on an installation date.

Installation and setup of equipment
On the day of installation, we’ll begin by running the necessary cable infrastructure, and follow up by installing the rest of the equipment, ensuring you’re happy with the end product. We will walk you through using the equipment and make sure you’re happy.

Post-install check-in
On supported systems, we can remotely manage the equipment, ensuring it stays up-to-date and monitor the equipment’s health, to help spot any issues early.
We provide a check-in within two months of an install to ensure you’re happy.
