Business Wi-Fi Solutions

Wireless Access Points act as dedicated coverage points, spreading your Wi-Fi network(s) across all your offices, stockrooms, and customer areas.

Compared to standard office routers or plug-in boosters, these units are built specifically to handle dozens of staff and customer devices at the exact same time without dropping out. They utilise multiple wireless lanes (like 2.4 gigahertz and 5 gigahertz) to keep both older hardware as well as modern devices running smoothly. They also allow you to broadcast completely separate networks from the same unit—meaning you can keep your till and card payment (POS) systems on one secure network, your internal business devices such as computers and tablets on another, and offer an isolated network for guest use.

This setup helps deliver the broadband speeds you pay for, rather than a wireless booster which takes a weak signal and stretches it further.

We will install all the cabling neatly out of sight—working around your business hours if needed—to ensure your workspace looks clean and professional.

Wireless Access Points are cleanly mounted to the ceiling or wall, keeping them completely out of the way, while providing the best possible signal.

Our approach

1

Survey of premises

We will perform a survey of your premises to understand your current setup, along with your on-going requirements. We will test for dead zones and current WiFi speeds to ensure that we actively improve your setup.

2

Deployment Plan, Quote & Procurement

We will agree on a deployment plan, so we can be sure that you’re happy with the location of the equipment and the planned user experience. We will then quote for and procure the equipment, and agree on an installation date.

3

Installation and setup of equipment

At the point of installation, we’ll begin by running the necessary cable infrastructure, and follow up by installing the rest of the equipment, ensuring you’re happy with the end product – this includes comparing speeds and heat maps from before and after the installation.

4

Post-install check-in

We’ll remotely manage the equipment, ensuring it stays up-to-date and monitor the equipment’s health, to help spot any issues early.

We provide a post-project check-in over the course of a few weeks along with a service visit to physically check equipment, and if required, make any adjustments.
